The firm provides the following services:

• Review of documents and recommendation for expert referrals required to ensure a holistic evaluation of injury and outcome
• Evaluation of current level of functional performance in the context of home, school and work with needs assessment and future cost of care recommendations
• Expert pediatric assessment in injury and malpractice cases with a needs assessment over the life span of the individual
• Performance evaluation of adults with participation restrictions following injury utilizing existing technical reports i.e., functional capacity evaluations, neuropsychological assessments, etc. and enhancing the report with additional evaluation as indicated and expert interpretation of expected level of disability and handicap over the remainder of the life span
• Evaluation of performance capacity and care needs required for older adults not returning to the work force but requiring recommendations for cost of care within home and institutional environments

The focus and targeted objective of each report is to profile the client’s ability to engage in typical activities, now and in the future, that support his or her participation in a range of activities within the context of age and stage, personal factors i.e. values and beliefs, and the environments in which he or she lives i.e. home, school, and community. Cost of care needs are determined over his or her life span in relation to:

• the restrictions and limitations due to impairment
• the resulting impact on the client’s engagement and participation in activities in the context of their customary life style
• taking into consideration the roles and expectations on the client with regard to their age and stage of life
